XVIA motorsport wiring harness loom for Live Valve suspension integration
SERVICE

MOTORSPORT

LIVE VALVE
WIRING

Race-proven electronic suspension integration for desert trucks and race cars.

SERVICE DETAILS

Purpose-Built Live Valve Integration

This service is focused on complete Live Valve wiring integration for off-road race programs that need reliability, clean packaging, and clear service documentation.

Every harness is designed around the actual platform layout, then built using motorsport-grade materials, sealed branching, and connector strategies matched to the device interfaces in your system.

Integration includes CAN structure planning, message programming, and validation testing so the full system is ready to run with your ECU, PDM, and dash ecosystem.

Primary wire spec

M22759 family (Tefzel)

Connector ecosystem

Autosport, Deutsch, Mil-spec circular

Sealing method

Raychem DR-25 + boots + RT125 epoxy

CAN integration

Protocol-compliant design and programming

Quality process

Continuity, short test, visual, final QC

Deliverables

Harness + build documentation package

MATERIAL + INTEGRATION STANDARDS

Wiring platform

M22759 family wire specs

Tefzel aerospace and motorsport-grade conductors used across the build

Connector strategy

Autosport, Deutsch, Mil-spec circular

Device-specific connectors are used when the integrated component requires a different interface

Sealing and branch protection

Raychem DR-25 on every wiring bundle plus Raychem boots

Boots applied at connector and branch points; Resintech RT125 epoxy used where full sealing is required

CAN network work

Architecture + message programming + validation

Built to protocol requirements, integrated with existing networks, or fully specified when starting from scratch

Serviceability and traceability

Documented design and QC records

Build details are captured for re-work support, inspection history, and long-term reliability tracking

BUILD PROCESS EXAMPLES

High-level process flow used to take a Live Valve harness from design through race-ready delivery.

  • 1. Design and planning: Harness design document creation with routing, interfaces, and integration targets.
  • 2. Material procurement: Order all wire, connector, sealing, and protection components to build spec.
  • 3. Harness build: Prepare wires, crimp terminals, bundle, apply DR-25, place and recover Raychem boots, then assemble connectors.
  • 4. Inspection and electrical validation: Final harness inspection plus continuity testing, short-circuit testing, visual inspection, and final quality check.
  • 5. Delivery package: Package harness for shipment, prepare documentation set, and deliver harness plus records to the client.

RACE-PROVEN COMPLETED BUILDS

Completed harnesses are currently active in top off-road racing series like SCORE, Ultra4, and BITD, and have successfully competed in the latest King of the Hammers, San Felipe 250, Baja 500, Baja 400, Baja 1000, Vegas to Reno, and Mint 400 races.

“Built with motorsport materials, validated with race-level checks, and documented for long-term serviceability.”
